Neovemox Plus Tape Long Acting Horse Wormer & Boticide Gel contains the active ingredient Moxidectin, a second-generation macrocyclic lactone, and praziquantel, a synthetic isoquinoline-pyrazine derivative.

Neovemox Plus Tape Horse Wormer controls tapeworm and all important susceptible strains of gastrointestinal roundworms, including adult and encysted stages (DL, LL3, EL4) and benzimidazole-resistant strains of small strongyles, and aids in the control of early encysted stages (EL3), including inhibited larvae.

All horses should have a regular parasite control program. Regular treatment will reduce the risk of diseases due to small and large strongyles such as colic and verminous arteritis. Reinfection of horses with worms is common, and treatment must be repeated routinely to ensure effective control.
