Virbac Equimax Liquid Allwormer is a broad-spectrum treatment for horses, providing reliable control of tapeworms, roundworms, bots, and skin lesions caused by Habronema and Draschia spp. (summer sores) and Onchocerca spp. microfilariae. It is effective even against benzimidazole-resistant small strongyles.

Dosage and Administration

Give orally at 1 mL per 4 kg bodyweight (25 mL per 100 kg). This provides abamectin at 0.2 mg/kg and praziquantel at 2.5 mg/kg. Administer via stomach tube directly into the stomach for full effectiveness, or use a suitable device such as a drench gun if tubing is not possible. Always measure the liquid accurately and dose according to the horse’s weight. Do not underdose.
