Description
Baycox for Poultry
Baycox for Poultry is a ready-to-use solution for treating and preventing coccidiosis in chickens. It targets Eimeria parasites, which cause gut damage, poor growth, and reduced productivity. With 25 g/L Toltrazuril, Baycox helps birds recover quickly and supports better overall health.
What does Baycox do?
Baycox treats intestinal coccidiosis by disrupting the life cycle of the parasite. This improves gut function and helps prevent weight loss and other signs of infection. It can be used both as a treatment and as part of a prevention program in young birds.
How to Use Baycox
- For treatment: Administer 6 mg/kg of bodyweight daily for 2 consecutive days. Dilute 3L Baycox per 1000L of drinking water. Provide medicated water for 8 hours each day during treatment.
- For prevention: Dose on days 9–10, 16–17, and 23–24 of life to interrupt the parasite cycle.
Withholding Periods
- Meat: 14 days
- Eggs: Not for use in laying hens producing eggs for human consumption.
