Crooked Lane Brewer’s Yeast is a highly palatable and natural rich source of B-group vitamins, minerals, amino acids and other nutrients essential for muscle growth and performance.

INGREDIENTS: Yeast (Saccoromyces cerevisiae) resultant from malt fermentation in beer production.

GRADE: Premium Food Grade

TYPICAL USES: Source of vitamins, enzymes, nucleic acids etc; protein biosynthesis; fermentation of sugars, molasses and cereals for alcohol; brewing, baking, food supplement; food additive, flavouring; laboratory reagent.
