Coopers Easy Dose Pour-On Cattle Lice and Fly Treatment
Coopers Easy Dose is a ready-to-use topical treatment for the control of lice, buffalo fly, stable fly and house fly in beef and dairy cattle, as well as buffalo fly and stable fly in horses. It also provides protection from biting midges such as Culicoides brevitarsus.
Target Parasites
- Cattle: Lice (Bovicola bovis, Linognathus vituli, Haematopinus eurysternus), Buffalo Fly, Stable Fly, House Fly, Biting Midge
- Horses: Buffalo Fly and Stable Fly (synthetic pyrethroid susceptible)
Active Ingredient
Deltamethrin 15 g/L – a fast-acting synthetic pyrethroid used for external parasite control in livestock.
Duration of Protection
- Cattle: Rapid action against lice and nuisance flies
- Horses: Up to 3 weeks buffalo fly control, 1 week stable fly control
- Biting Midge: At least 14 days protection; 6 days effective blood-feeding control
Dosage and Application
Topical application: 5 mL per 100 kg bodyweight for both cattle and horses.

How to Apply
Cattle
- Apply along the backline using a single stripe
- Treat all animals in herd to control lice, flies and midges
- Retreat if reinfestation occurs
Horses
- Apply as two stripes: 2⁄3 dose along mane (poll to wither), 1⁄3 on rump
- Avoid contact with eyes; flush with water if accidental exposure occurs
