What Is Quick Dispatch?
Quick Dispatch means the product is stocked in our distribution centre and not one of our warehouses or suppliers. These items are usually picked, packed, and dispatched the same or next business day, Monday to Friday for orders placed before 2pm. Once your order has been sent, you’ll receive tracking details by email or SMS.
How to Identify Quick Dispatch Products
On each product page, you’ll see a small “Quick Dispatch” badge or message displayed near the price or add-to-cart button. This label confirms the product is eligible for fast processing. If a product doesn’t show this label, it typically ships within our standard 3–5 business day timeframe.

Important Notes
- Quick Dispatch applies to the entire order only if all items are eligible.
- If you mix Quick Dispatch and standard items, your order will no longer be eligible for Quick Dispatch and our standard processing times will apply.
