WSD Spurt Off-Shears Pour-On – 1L
WSD Spurt is an off-shears pour-on lice treatment for sheep and lambs. It controls Bovicola ovis (biting lice) with a single application applied within 24 hours of shearing. The formulation contains cypermethrin, a synthetic pyrethroid insecticide, combined with a scourable dye to assist with visual application.
What does WSD Spurt do?
This product kills pyrethroid-susceptible strains of lice by disrupting their central nervous system. Once applied, lice control is typically achieved within 5 to 6 weeks. Cypermethrin offers extended residual activity compared to natural pyrethrins, making it highly effective for sheep lice control programs.
