Parafen 100 is an oral drench with fenbendazole for broad spectrum worm control in cattle and horses. It targets benzimidazole-sensitive roundworms and lungworm in cattle, plus large and small strongyles, ascarids, and pinworms in horses.

Active Constituents
- 100 g/L fenbendazole
Dosage and Administration
- Cattle: 3.75 mL per 50 kg bodyweight (7.5 mg fenbendazole/kg)
- Horses: 1 mL per 10 kg bodyweight (10 mg fenbendazole/kg)
- Foals (for Strongyloides westeri): 5 mL per 10 kg bodyweight (50 mg fenbendazole/kg)
Withholding Periods
- Meat, Cattle: Do not use less than 14 days before slaughter
- Milk: Zero days
- Meat, Horses: Do not use less than 28 days before slaughter
Export Slaughter Interval (ESI)
- Cattle: Do not use less than 14 days before slaughter for export
- Confirm the current ESI with Abbey Animal Health or the APVMA website
