Do you have a physical store?

We are exclusively an online retailer, we do offer click and collect to NSW customers from our Glenorie DC however all purchases must be made online. We do not offer retail in person sales.

From time to time our system may have fallen out of sync with stock levels or stock availability from the manufacturer. When this happens often a refund is issued automatically when the manufacturer or our warehouse is not able to confirm our next shipment.

There are a few possible reasons for this issue. One is that the total weight of items in your cart exceeds the maximum allowed by our courier service. Another is that your shipping details may be incomplete, preventing our system from generating a delivery estimate.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer free delivery. However, we’ve reduced the RRP on most products to help offset delivery costs. For bulk orders (excluding bulky items), we’re happy to provide a custom delivery quote—just get in touch with our team to discuss your options.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated on our cart and checkout pages. Just add your items to the cart and enter your postcode—our shipping calculator will determine the charge based on the order’s weight, size, and delivery location.

We strive to supply products with the longest possible shelf life. However, there may be occasions where stock received from manufacturers has a shorter expiry date than usual. All products sold will have a minimum of 6 months from date of purchase.

As an online retailer, we’re open 24/7 for orders.
Our customer service and office support team are available Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm.
Click & Collect is available by appointment only during these business hours.

Please consider reducing the total weight of your order and trying again. If this doesn’t correct the problem double check the postal details display an actual Australian Postal address.
